  1. i remember the last time when Kottayam hosted the fest..exactly 14 years ago.. dance memories are still fresh in memory! the hurried walk between the venues, ‘chest number.. last call’ announcements, press coverage, ‘hurray’s over winning an event, chit chat between fest friends from different schools, and the long queue for meals.. ahh, miss them totally!

  2. All Malayalies can be proud of this. We are respecting all the cultural forms.
We have seen so many popular people as results of youth festivals.
Most of them have established professionally. They worked for this right from the school level competitions.

We live in a foreign country but we have now realized the value of School youth festivals in Kerala.
We wish all the best for participants, schools, and districts.
Personally I wish and pray for the success of Thrissur district.

  3. Who won the Eng Skit? What are the grace marks for A & B grades.
Can we see the visuals of all the shows?

    1. According to the results page at the official website,
Simi Haneef of NSS HSS Karukachal (Kottayam) won the First rank in Skit – English (HSS).

The grace mark table should be given in the manual.
Sorry, but we don’t have a copy of it.

We haven’t got the visuals of the skit with us.
It seems you can get the video CDs of performances. There is a banner at all venues with contact numbers.
(Will try to get the contact info and post here).

    2. You can have the VCDs of performances from “Orthic Creations, Muvattupuzha”
      Contact numbers: 902 008 0828, 944 758 1517
They have a stall at Police Parade Ground, near the stage.
